Dr. Bawumia Concedes defeat, expresses gratitude to Ghanaians for the chance to run for President
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, has graciously accepted his loss in the general elections of 2024.
Hours after the results began to come in, the candidate gave a public speech from his home in which he thanked Ghanaians for the chance to run for president and vice president and accepted his opponent’s win. Dr. Bawumia thanked his supporters for all love and support they have showed him.

The Election Commission(EC) has however not declared the finally result of the presidential elections. All over Ghana supporters of NDC jubilate as John Mahama and the NDC claim victory in 2024 elections while, NPP supporters mourn their loss. Some NDC supporters congratulate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for manning up and accepting defeat, he has demonstrated courage as a leader and a great example for his followers to emulate.
