6-month-old Child burnt to death in Navrongo, Mother Hospitalised

A tragic blaze affected a family in the Nogsenia suburb of Navrongo during the early hours today, January 12th, 2025.

The fire consumed their house, sadly resulting in the death of their 6-month-old baby.

Mrs. Aboko, the mother, sustained serious injuries and is now undergoing treatment at the War Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Aboko, the father, has also endured burns that have left scars on his scalp.

The blaze has rendered the family homeless and urgently seeking help.

They are reaching out to the community for assistance through clothing, food, hygiene products, cash, or any other type of support to help them restore their lives.
