Police Arrest Father for Assaulting 20 year old Daughter
The Ghana Police Service apprehended Nana Amo Abraham, who is suspected of assaulting his 20-year-old daughter in Twifo Praso, Central Region of Ghana.
According to the police’s thorough investigation, the suspect engaged in a physical confrontation with his daughter, an unfortunate incident that emerged from a disagreement, which ultimately led to him delivering blows that caused significant bodily harm to her.
He is currently in police custody, where he is helping with the continuing investigation, and it is expected that he will be formally placed before the court to face the serious allegations brought against him.
Meanwhile, the police have taken the required procedures to guarantee that the victim receives medical treatment she needed, arranging for her transportation to the Police Hospital in Accra, where she will receive needed medical care for her injuries.
