ADB Halts Operation In Bawku Over Security Issues.

The Agric Development Bank has temporarily closed it’s Bawku branch over security tension.

In a press release dates 1st November 2024, management of the bank says that the decision to temporarily shut down the Bawku branch is due to the recent security tension which has resulted in the institution of a 6 to 6 curfew.

According to the statement “the bank will resume operation as soon as the security situation in Bawku improves”

They however urge customers especially within the affected areas to make use of their online platforms for transactions while promising their commitment to providing services to their customers and the general public.
