Chelsea FC remembers the Late Christian Atsu on his 33rd birthday

London-based football club Chelsea has remembered the late winger and Ghanaian international footballer, Christian Atsu, who overcapped the Ghanaian national team.

In a post on Facebook by the official page of Chelsea FC, it reads, “Today we remember Christian Atsu on his birthday.”.

In 2023, Chelsea signed Christian Atsu Twasam from Porto FC in a £3.5 million deal. He was offered a contract that lasted 5 years.

Christian Atsu Twasam would have been celebrating his 33rd birthday. He was born on January 10th, 1992 in Ada Foah.

Unfortunately, Atsu died in a devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria in February 2023.

Christian Atsu Twasam also played with clubs like Newcastle, Everton, Rio Ave, Malaga, Bournemouth, and some other clubs.
