Diddy’s Beverly Hills Mansion Struggling to Sell… Viewed as Overpriced and Unappealing

Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion has become a major liability on the real estate market, with little to no buyer interest since it was listed two months ago. According to real estate sources close to the situation, only a handful of potential buyers have even toured the property, which was raided by Homeland Security in March. We’re told that, despite the property’s high profile, no one seems interested in making a purchase.

One recent visitor, a married couple, reportedly had an unsettling experience—specifically, the woman was “creeped out” by the house and couldn’t wait to leave. Sources say there’s a noticeable “ick factor” surrounding the property, largely due to the ongoing civil and criminal allegations against Diddy.

On top of that, real estate professionals agree that Diddy’s asking price of $61.5 million is “ridiculous,” with many stating the mansion is worth far less. As the holidays approach, the market is expected to slow even further, with activity typically dropping off through Christmas. While a realtor pointed out that the infamous Menendez murder house in Beverly Hills sold recently, the key difference is that the murders occurred 35 years ago—whereas Diddy’s scandal is still making headlines.

Diddy has bigger matters to focus on right now, but with little movement on the property, it may be time for a significant price cut if he hopes to find a buyer anytime soon.
