Sagnarigu Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Alhaji Musah Fuseini Dangoma, has expressed his dislike for former President Akufo-Addo, whom he accuses of destroying the party.
He said he gets angry at the mention of the name of the former president and Ken Ofori Atta, former finance minister under the Akufo-Addo government.
“I swear to God, anytime you mention Akufo-Addo’s or Ofori Atta’s name, I get angry,” the maverick NPP chairman said in an interview monitored by Xtrememediaonline on Tolon-based Tolon Radio on Sunday.

Alhaji Fuseini, who is popularly known as Chairman Dangoma, explained that the NPP government’s policies hugely impacted agriculture and petty trading negatively, affecting the incomes of many people in the Northern Region, a predominantly farming region.
“Nana Akufo-Addo and Ofori Atta caused the defeat of the NPP. [Our region] is predominated by farmers and traders; however, when we came to power, Ofori Atta destroyed farming and collapsed businesses. That is exactly what caused our defeat,” Chairman Dangoma opined.

He added that “he collapsed the financial capitals of those who helped us to win power in 2016. He will give you a job to do and refuse to pay you after you successfully execute it.”
